dan@412foodrescue.org

As Operations and Food Recovery Associate, Dan brings a passionate, strong work ethic to 412 Food Rescue. Dan executes and coordinates large donations on the 412 Food Rescue Truck, and can be seen taking donations to communities from Slippery Rock to Fayette County, and everywhere in between. When in the office, he is hard at work connecting food donations to our non-profit partners. Dan comes with half a decade of experience in the supermarket industry and a history of event and operations coordination. He graduated from The University of Pittsburgh with a BA in Film Studies, where he produced a short film on the impact of local farms. In 2016 he participated in the Millennial Trains Project, where he traveled across the country researching food equity solutions in Chicago, Kansas City, Albuquerque, and Los Angeles. In his free time, Dan takes care of his loyal dog Chuck, and enjoys music and film.
