Amanda is a Pittsburgh forever transplant. She comes to 412 Food Rescue with 10+ years of experience in various positions in the food service industry. She is an advocate for food as medicine and actively strives to help create more equitable and regenerative practices and solutions in food systems through strategy and community building. She has studied and has certifications in Permaculture, Advanced Social Systems, and Strategies in Complexity. When she is not organizing, you can find her cultivating and cooking food, playing instruments okay-ish, and climbing rock walls.
