Pennsylvania hasn’t raised its solid waste recyc Pennsylvania hasn’t raised its solid waste recycling fee since 1988. HB620 would change that, raising it from $2 to $5 per ton to fund recycling, composting, and food rescue efforts like the Food Recovery Infrastructure Grant. It’s a simple update that could help turn wasted food into meals for our communities and further disincentivize the waste of unsold food. Let your PA State Rep know you support this bill!
