We are so excited to announce 412 Food Rescue as the winning organization of our Food Rescue Battle with Cincinnati’s Last Mile Food Rescue!
Over the past three weeks, #FoodRescueHeroes from 412 Food Rescue and Last Mile Food Rescue collectively completed 2,564 food rescues totaling 363,655 pounds of fresh, nutritious food delivered to our neighbors facing food insecurity. That’s the equivalent of over 300,000 meals!
Cheers to working together to #FeedPeopleNotLandfills! This is the kind of #FoodRescueBattle where everybody wins. So proud to be part of the #FoodRescueHeroNetwork and 15 partnering food recovery organizations around the country, powered by Food Rescue Hero technology to #MakeGreaterImpactTogether.
THANK YOU to Lobos Management and My BFF Social for sponsoring this event, and to our incredible Food Rescue Heroes for completing the food rescues to make such a tremendous impact on our communities!
The winner of the Bengals x Steelers tickets will be announced today on our social media channels.

Can’t find a food rescue near you?
Just like, comment or share this post to be entered to the raffle! Help spread the word! Let’s #HuddleForHunger and #FeedPeopleNotLandfills
Why support these two food rescue organizations?
Food recovery not only enables access to healthy food, but it allows us to bring food to where people already are – overcoming barriers to food access like transportation and time.
And because food donors range from grocery stores, wholesalers, caterers, and everything in between, food rescue can become part of your everyday life. You can often find a food rescue nearby, making it easy and convenient.
And nonprofit partners – from housing authorities, daycare centers, churches, community centers – allow food recovery efforts to benefit neighbors and strengthen communities all across the country.
No purchase necessary. Only 1 volunteer from one food rescue will win! This promotion ends November 14th, 2022. Thank you to our generous sponsors, Lobos Management and My BFF Social for making this promotional event possible!
