The holidays are a time for giving and gathering, often around tables full of food. But with holiday celebrations, it’s easy to end up with more food than we need.
This season, we invite you to become a Holiday Hero by donating your leftover food from corporate holiday parties, dinners, and events to 412 Food Rescue. Together, we can make sure that no good food goes to waste while providing nutritious meals to those who need them most.
How does it work?
If you find yourself with extra food after your corporate holiday gathering, simply reach out to us. Our team makes it easy to rescue your surplus and deliver it to local nonprofits who serve people experiencing food insecurity.
Your donation will have an immediate impact on our community, bringing comfort and sustenance to families and individuals in need.
(If connected to voicemail, please leave a phone number so we can be in touch with you!)
Share the joy – and the food. Be a Holiday Hero and help us make sure everyone can enjoy a festive meal. Together, we can spread holiday cheer beyond our own tables and create a season of giving that truly matters.

If you know you will have excess food to donate in advance of your event, please contact us as soon as possible to streamline the donation process and ensure a prompt pickup.
Tips to avoid waste
While it can be challenging to produce a no-waste event, here are two tips to consider in your event planning process:
- Only serve new food as needed
- Offer containers for guests to take home any leftovers that cannot be re-served
