Pittsburgh’s own Jamilka Borges of Spoon and Justin Severino of Cure & Morcilla will lead 7 of the nation’s best chefs to elevate rescued food into 10 exquisite courses at Sunday Supper. Similar to last year’s sold-out event, this year’s culinary fete will take place in the 21,000-square-foot raw space of LUXE Creative which will be transformed by creative director Martin Potoczny. The dinner, made from rescued food, will be the only one of its kind at this scale.
