412 Food Rescue is excited to onboard GetGo #3030 as a new food donor!
GetGo #3030 in Franklin Township joins 412 Food Rescue in their commitment to reduce food waste by partnering as a new food donor with the food rescue organization.
The 412 Food Rescue team was so grateful to take part in the grand opening of this brand new GetGo location on February 29th! During the event, GetGo presented 412 Food Rescue with a check of $2,500 in general support of this flourishing partnership.
During their first month, GetGo #3030 donated a total of 300 lbs of food to help support expanding food access around Pittsburgh!
Giant Eagle and GetGo have been wonderful partners over the years donating a combined amount of 4,972,505 lbs since 2018. We look forward to our continued work with GetGo #3030, and are excited to leverage this partnership to not only reduce food waste, but increase food access in the Greater Pittsburgh region!
