PITTSBURGH, PA— Cinderlands Beer Co. has teamed up once again with 412 Food Rescue and DiAnoia’s Eatery / Pane é Pronto for a special collaboration brew.
Con Pane, meaning ‘with bread’ in Italian, is a Hazy IPA clocking in at 7.2% made with real, rescued bread from DiAnoia’s Eatery and Pane è Pronto.
Located in the Strip District and owned by husband-wife team Chef Dave Anoia and Aimee DiAndrea Anoia, DiAnoia’s Eatery is an Italian cafe by day and full-service ristorante by night. Since its 2016 opening in Pittsburgh’s Strip District, the family-run eatery has become a destination for house-made pastas, pastries and breads, tender meatballs, and signature dishes. It’s sister bakery, Pane è Pronto is an Italian bakery and carryout kitchen, specializing in more than a dozen varieties of Italian breads and pastries, freshly made sandwiches, and classic dishes that are ready to eat or heat up at home.
